Every year , the number of passengers to Indian Railways increase during Durga Puja , Diwali and Chhath . The East Central Railway has taken the decision to operate special train for New Delhi from Darbhanga and Barauni to remove inconveniences to the passengers .
Rajesh Kumar , CPRO of East Central Railway told that two pair of special trains will operate from Darbhanga and Barauni .
New Delhi-Barauni- New Delhi AC Express Special
AC Express Special train will be operated between New Delhi and Barauni twice a week from September 1 to November 1 . Train No 04404 New Delhi-Barauni AC Express special will leave New Delhi on every Friday and Tuesday (twice a week ) in the evening at 7.25 PM from September I to October 31 .
While Train No 04403 Barauni-New Delhi AC Express Special will leave from Barauni on every Saturday and Wednesday ( twice a week ) from September 2 to November 1 in the night at 9.35 PM . This train will stop at the following stations in Up and Down journeys– Samastipur , Muzaffarpur , Hazipur , Chhapra , Siwan , Deoria sadar , Gorakhpur , Basti , Gonda , Barabanki , Lakhnow , Bareli and Moradabad .
Delhi- Darbhanga- Delhi AC Express special
AC Express special train will be operated twice a week between Delhi and Darbhanga from September 4 to October 31 . Train No 04406 Delhi-Darbhanga AC Express special will leave from Delhi at 11.15 AM on every Monday and Thursday (twice a week ) from September 4 to October 30 .
While Train No 04405 Darbhanga-Delhi AC Express special will leave from Darbhanga station at 12 AM on every Tuesday and Friday (twice a week ) from September 5 to 30 . This train will stop in UP and Down at Samastipur , Muzaffarpur , Hajipur , Chhapra , Siwan , Deoria Sadar , Gorakhpur , Basti , Gonda , Barabanki , Lakhnow, Bareily and Moradabad .
