With the setup of CIIHMS (Chanakya International Institute of Hospitality Management & Studies) several types of  ,Job oriented , hospitality management based courses will be available in Darbhanga.The founder of this institution , Deepak Jha  is  a resident of Nanaur village of Madhubani District.

Mr Jha , who spent almost two decades in management field , started his career as an accountant and has vast experience in the sector.He is currently serving as a Director of Finance at a five star hotel  called ‘Radisson Blue’ in Delhi..

The idea to setup an institute of such kind came from the hurdles he had to face when moved to bigger cities for employment opportunities.He said that he want to save the meritorious students of the society from that troubles which he himself had faced long ago.

Chanakya International Institute of Hospitality Management & Studies will make the group of students and send them to metros for practical training at regular intervals of time for field knowledge.

The institution has tie-ups with more than 20 corporate institutions including Hotel Taj , Hotel ITC , Hotel Hilton , Hotel Hayat , hotel Radisson , Crown plaza , Holiday in Hotel , Hotel Sarobar ,Dower India , Pepsi , Lifestyle Escort and Maruti  etc.

This hotel management institute will  provide education at 1/3 of expenditure a student of mithila has to spend in studying elsewhere, said the founder.The arrangement of separate hostel facility and safety will also be provided for girls.This College is located at Rajkumar Ganj Darbhanga opposite to Poor Home .The institute will have a deicated placement office in Delhi for training and employment .
