The people of Darbhanga and Mithila region can visit tourist places through IRCTC’s new initiative. In the announced tour package they will be able to visit the main Dargahs of India. During the travel period, stay arrangements will be made by IRCTC for the travelers.
The tour package bookings began from Aug 30. Saiyad Anwarul Karim, Joint General Manager of Tourism told that Sufi Circuit Special Train is planned to operate.
As per the package travel details, the passengers can visit Imambara of Lucknow, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Jama Mosque, Red Fort of Delhi, Hazrat Nizamuddin, Qutub Minar, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Dargah of Fatehpur Sikri via Hayaghat, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Hazipur, Chhapra, Siwan, and Gorakhpur.
During this tour, IRCTC will arrange the buses to visit, Hotel to stay, Security guards and Tour specialist in every coach. A temporary counter is being opened for four to five days at Darbhanga Junction from Thursday, Aug 30. The bookings are also allowed through the Patna office and IRCTCs site.
Railways have announced a total fare Rs 7560 per person for the journey. It will be a tour of 7 days.The journeys will begin from September 15.
